I have been talking care of at this dealership better than other places

They dealership is very professional, courteous and thorough! I make an appointment and it is promptly taken on time and after all the items are taken care of, I get a phone call to let me know it's ready. They are excellent to explain anything I may have a question about and describe all service and what was required.

We called on a Monday morning. Our 2021 Tahoe would not start. Marion Auto Group told us the towing company they used and said they wouldn’t be able to get to our car that day but they would get to it as soon as possible. We had it towed and they called us by 3:00 that day, the fuel pump had gone out. They’d replaced it, it was under warranty and we could pick up up at our convenience. Now that’s service!

As always, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The new location is convenient and spacious. Special thanks to Service Advisor, Mr. Brady Billings, for his curtesy and great customer service.

It took over an hour to do my inspection. They were friendly but I have never had to wait so long for an inspection.

They took me right in and the problem was fixed in no time.

I was initially looking for a used truck in the 20-40K mileage range but Josh Ellis, Sales Manager I believe, showed us some red tag new vehicles. We really liked gray / silver Silverado 1500 that was not too much higher than the Used ones that were in the $40K range, plus the New one had a full package guarantee. I also like the simplicity of the vehicle having not too many gadgets on it like combo entrance, heated seats / steering wheel, etc. etc. (unfortunately with all new vehicles it had auto start with a FOB - what do you do with your keys if not in ignition?) Upon review after signing the contract, in the logistics of getting everything completed, I discovered a small discrepancy in the final price a day or too later. Upon contacting Josh about this he provided a second free oil change to compensate for the difference, which satisfied me. This is the first new truck I have owned and the third straight one I have bought at the Marion Automotive Group.

The day after my oil was changed, my car’s screen dinged and showed, “engine oil low add oil” There was no oil showing on the dip stick. I had to find a Walmart and buy oil and add myself for any oil to show and to get the check engine light off. This is the second issue I’ve had. Once after having tires rotated, my lug nuts were not tightened back on one wheel.

As always, the service department staff provided prompt, knowledgeable service and resolved the issue with my car in a timely fashion. Recently had a engine replaced at Marion Automotive and noticed a smell of oil burning. They got us in quickly and found the problem and replaced the part at no expense since it is still under warranty. They offer great customer service and keep customers in the loop as they go, from diagnostics to costs to repairs.
